Terrible checkin. They have an automated kiosk. The people that you talk to digitally on the kiosk speak very poor english and are hard to understand. There is no one at the counter for check in or out. Have no ideas what you would do if you actually needed a person to help with anything. I never saw an emplyee at the property the whole time we were there. Breakfast was almost non existent. I do not recommend staying here

Stayed for two nights. The halls were very disgusting and unclean. While the room was clean, the microwave didn’t work neither did the tv. There were homeless drug users outside the side entrance at night and then that moved to the front of the building in the morning time. Overall, not somewhere I would say again.

Dirty rooms smoke alarm hanging off roof by wires. Patches in walls not painted stains on seats disgusting bed blankets slept on top of comforter because it was so bad. Pool and jacuzzi disgusting.

The hotel is very rundown. My room was falling apart with a broken window (cracked with air coming in) and the entire frame was falling off. I felt very unsafe on the first floor, as anyone could have come through the window. The room was also very dirty and looked like they started a flooring project but decided to randomly stop for no reason.

This place is the worst of the worst place for a shower and bed! Dirty filthy, broken TV, no staff at the front desk and the list goes on….Then at midnight we had someone trying to open the door and did but got saved by the security latch. Then they tried to unlatch that but we woke up and my husband yelled at him and closed slammed the door. Definitely a place not to stay at for the price we paid!

The staff was friendly, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. No fruit or juice. Butter was served out of a common tub rather than individual pats, the waffle Iron did not have a timer on it, so it was a guessing game.

As a member I was told we can check in early. Not the case here. Not the end of the world but, the hotel was almost empty. No reason for them not to have a room ready at 2pm. The room I stayed in was nice. Looks updated other than the chair. Walls could use some attention.

Room had some of the oldest torn linens we’ve ever seen see through them ripped. And then there was absolutely nothing for supposedly breakfast in the morning no coffee, no creamer no food empty nobody in there don’t advertise free continental breakfast when you don’t have anything had to go next-door to the gas station to get coffee.

The breakfast room had a broken waffle maker with leftover waffle batter stuck to the waffle maker and a handwritten note that the waffle maker was "out of order". There was still batter in a dispenser. No coffee available and only one bin of cereal (who knows how long that has been there?) There were broken windows in the hotel, broken light fixtures, water damaged ceiling in the pool area and no towels. The room was dirty and the bathroom was scary including the child sized toilet.

Formal Complaint - Unacceptable Conditions & Safety Issues - I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my current stay at this hotel. My experience has been completely unacceptable and far below the advertised standards. There have been multiple severe failures regarding my reservation: • Accessibility & Safety: I explicitly requested a 1st-floor room with mobile accessibility. Upon arrival, I was told this was unavailable due to remodeling. This was never communicated to me during booking. Failing to disclose construction that impacts accessibility is a major oversight and has made my stay difficult and unsafe. • Zero Housekeeping: I followed your policy and requested housekeeping in advance. It has now been two days, and my room has not been touched. The trash is overflowing, and I have no clean towels. • Missing Basic Amenities: The room was not stocked with basic necessities. I have no toilet paper and no coffee, despite your listing stating these are provided. The customer service I have received when trying to address these issues has been horrible. I am paying for a service that is not being rendered. I expect an immediate response regarding how you intend to rectify this situation and compensate me for this miserable experience.
