"The inside of the house was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch early morning and late evening. We didn't use the backyard because that area needed some clean up. Front door knob kept falling off."

Fisherman's Flat Cozy 3-bedroom cabin short walk to water at Cypress Cove
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here for 3 days while visiting family who live in Muskogee. Beautifully decorated house and very clean. Equipped with so many things we did not think we even needed from labels explaining where things were located and how to use them to bedside tables with USB ports to family friendly games. Generous supply of paper products, toiletries, detergents, towels, dishes. Beds VERY comfortable. Upgraded appliances. AC ran great during excessive heat warning. Very quiet area but felt safe. Friendly host easy to contact and quick to respond. Area is very dark at night and gates to the park close at 10 requiring a GPS guided drive after park hours through a small housing area which is easier with a "copilot" who can look at the map and direct which turn to take. Host also had offered to stay on phone with me. During park open hours it is easy to find. Blue house with American flag. Beware of some deep ditches on sides of narrow roads. Walmart Supercenter in Wagoner is convenient and an easy drive. Would definitely stay here again."
Tiny house in the woods. Pet-Friendly!
8/10 Good
"This place would be perfect for a younger couple or single person in the fall or spring, or a couple with a younger pup. We had our 17 year old dog with us, and ended up checking out a day early because the AC couldn't keep up with the weather outside and it was about 80 degrees in the cabin so much to hot for our old girl. The place is quaint but cute, clean, and easy to navigate. The drive way could be difficult if we weren't in a truck. They could use some minor updates (blinds on the upstairs windows to help with AC, upgrade AC units, have some baking sheets, a water filtration system, and a bathroom rug for after shower. Oh, and a more confortable bed.)I think we would come back when its cool enough to run the fireplace and go hiking. I did message the owner a few times and never got a response. Not sure i would pay 150 a night again without minor upgrades."
Ft Gibson Lake OK near Sequoyah State Park
10/10 Excellent
"They had everything in the house for you to be able to live in a house without bringing anything with you on vacation I talked to her Sharon and she was good people I didn't get to meet Henry but he did give me a shout out that I said hello to him these are great people and this is a great place to stay"
Farm House
8/10 Good
"Property was spacious and comfortable for my family of 11. Plenty of beds, living space, and seating. I did have a run-in with the host when I couldn’t figure out the keypad at the front door and used the keypad on the garage. We soon left to get groceries and upon returning, the host and a truck/flatbed were blocking the driveway for a furniture pickup that we were not informed of. This felt very inappropriate, but it got weirder. The host told me the garage was off limits to guests. He thought this info was in the check-in info from VRBO. I informed him the only message I received was check-in/out times, keypad code, and WiFi. When I sat down with my phone that evening I got my first communication from the host via VRBO telling me the garage was off limits. I explained that info should be on the VRBO site AND that I would like advance notice when they plan to access the property. I have never had a confrontation like this in a rental. Weird. Additionally, we had a bathroom sink that did not drain because of a huge hair ball attached to the base of the drain plug (I fixed it), the front door knob came loose (fixed it), the outdoor grill had so much grease in the bottom of the pan we were concerned it was a fire hazard (my son scooped a ton of grease out before grilling), one upstairs bedroom had no covering on the window a house, & MBR blinds could not be raised to view the lake view. This stuff happens with a home rental, but it was A LOT for just 2 days."
