SureStay by Best Western Muskogee

10/10 Excellent
"My daughter and I stayed for one night. It was quiet enough for me to get my homework done, the bed was soft enough for her to fall asleep before 2am. The staff who was there was very helpful in getting us into a different room. I didn't know I booked an accessible room, she was nice enough to move us into a different room without an extra charge. I received my full deposit also. Breakfast could have been a little bit better but I feel like she was the only one working in the whole hotel. I would recommend this place for a quick stay for a goodnight rest."

"This hotel needs to have a designated smoking area, so people who do not smoke have to smell the smoke of people that do. I was lying in the bed and could smell the smoke of people on the outside come under the doorway. they need to have a designated smoking area. This was very irritating to me because I don't smoke and I do not like the smell of cigarette smoke inside the room I am renting."

Beautiful cabin by the Lake

Beautiful cabin by the Lake

"The inside of the house was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch early morning and late evening. We didn't use the backyard because that area needed some clean up. Front door knob kept falling off."

Tiny house in the woods. Pet-Friendly!

"This place would be perfect for a younger couple or single person in the fall or spring, or a couple with a younger pup. We had our 17 year old dog with us, and ended up checking out a day early because the AC couldn't keep up with the weather outside and it was about 80 degrees in the cabin so much to hot for our old girl. The place is quaint but cute, clean, and easy to navigate. The drive way could be difficult if we weren't in a truck. They could use some minor updates (blinds on the upstairs windows to help with AC, upgrade AC units, have some baking sheets, a water filtration system, and a bathroom rug for after shower. Oh, and a more confortable bed.)I think we would come back when its cool enough to run the fireplace and go hiking. I did message the owner a few times and never got a response. Not sure i would pay 150 a night again without minor upgrades."
