The hotel is located in a prime location, easily accessible to a lot of different things walking so I would say that’s a pro. I wish the property would use pictures for their rooms that are just 1 bed because the size of the room was extremely small. There was NO TOILET PAPER (we had to ask for toilet paper). The TV was stuck on Spanish, tried to get help from the front desk, they claimed it was the cable company. I figured out how to switch it to English myself so it wasn’t the cable company. We also found a bed bug in the bed. The room smelled terrible if the AC wasn’t on. Obviously, our expectations wasn’t super high because of it being an “Inn” BUT we wasn’t expecting it to be like this.

The only good thing about the property is the location. The pool was ok. Room was not clean, the bathroom smelled like urine. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The outlets in our room did not work. No space in the bathroom to hold toiletries. No table or luggage holder to hold bags. We had to store stuff under the beds in order to walk in the room. Would not stay here again, couldn’t wait to get out.

Front desk staff was very rude and didn't allow us to play with the pool table even tho they knew it was a rainy day and couldn't go to the beach very disappointed with this place cause i traveled very far

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and close to the beach, boardwalk and dining. On the down side the common area was dirty, the pool was dirty and needed maintanence, in general it was old and needs updating, price quote different than billing. Ok for an overnight (or two).

I’ll just start by saying thank god we only stayed two nights. Please do not look at the pictures on Expedia. The property doesn’t look like that at all, the property is run down. Check in was fine. The hallway stairs are full of filth. Paint chips dirt trash ect. The rooms are by far the smallest rooms we have stayed in. There’s no place to put luggage or spread out. The bathroom is hardly big enough to stand in, with the sink in the main room. The electrical is tape together with wires exposed. If you have kids this is a concern. To top it off the hall way windows were wide open no screen or anything to stop someone especially a child from falling out. By far the worst place to stay.

Need to update !! Not worth the money !! Very old looking and small . Also need new air conditioning because the ones they have had a bad smell when it’s on and it’s very loud . The sheets are old and the beds are small . Bathroom was ok

Sheets were dirty. Floor was not the cleanest either. Place is poorly maintained. Too expensive for what we were offered and definitely looks better online than in person. It’s a place to sleep, that’s it…if you bring your own sheets. The air conditioner was so loud and there were water poodles outside.

I had never stayed in this place. They booked it on a wrong date, a week before my travel, and didn't want to change the date. So, i lost my money and stayed on another hotel.

Room smelled like bleach, but was not clean, had wholes in the wall, blown outlets and a dirty air conditioner. Don’t let the pictures on line fool you, just pay more for a nicer place to stay.

The staff were so accommodating and wonderful making our stay a perfect beach trip. They also helped us when we had a late night issue and no way to solve it. They solved it for us!

It look nothing like the pictures from the website. It’s very disgusting unsanitary and the staff was very unpleasant. Will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

The property was very poorly maintained, both inside and out. As a smoker, there was no receptacle to place cigarette butts, had to dispose in the street. Carpets were very dirty all the way from the lobby all the way up to the 3rd floor. Got to the room, it was very small with no hanging space to be had. There was also no shampoo or conditioner in the room. A pillowcase was disgusting with stains. Went down on day 2 to get some coffee. Full pot of coffee, but it was cold, and the coffee machines was off. Went out to the common area down from the pool and nothing was arranged nice or welcomely for people to want to come and enjoy that space. There were hazardous chemicals stored outside next to a guest's room. Some good things about the motel, nice that it had a good size refrigerator int he room. Rooms were ample size as well as the bathroom. Great proximity to the beach and boardwalk.
