The house was beautiful, centrally located, and communication with the owner was easy. I definitely recommend this property. Very easy to navigate, check in and check out was a breeze.

This property was clean and cued and located in a spot that was easy to get to where I was going. There was some upkeep needed on the blinds and several of the rooms. There was some miscommunication in the beginning but we were able to get that worked out and the host did seem to respond quickly. I would consider renting this cottage again as it was cozy and comfortable.

Home was nice and host seemed very nice and answered all my questions promptly. The only thing I would recommend is having more towels available and more seating in living room and on the lanai.

Visiting friends at The Villages

The house was clean and bright in a beautiful Villages location of Marsh Bend. The location was one of the best! Very near amenities like Water Lily and Cattails clubhouses with Magnolia shopping center nearby.

The House and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The activity center was great and only about a 10 minute walk away.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our month in the Villages. The lovely home was in a great location. The home was well stocked with most necessities and we had prompt responses to any question or concern.

The quiet side of The Villages

The house is very attractive and the neighborhood is quiet. We took some time to adjust to this side of The Villages but found it a good spot to relax and enjoy the Sun.

Beautiful home in a great location. Short golf cart ride to Brownwood / Magnolia Plaza / Waterlilly Rec center / Everglades Rec center. Not far from Sawgrass Villageand the soon to be new Eastport Section

Designer home in the village of DeLuna

A beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home. My friends loved having the kitchen for making coffee and breakfast in the morning. When you can enjoy the lanai in January, you dream of moving to Florida! My only concern was the cleaners weren’t finished when I first arrived, but a message to the owner and all was quickly resolved. I highly recommend staying at this home in the Villages to enjoy everything this area has to offer.

Love the place!

Great house. Carlos was quick to answer my questions. My only suggestion would be about the Vrbo email system. With no subject line for emails, I had difficulty finding my mail—such as internet codes, checkout procedures, etc.

Owner wasn’t available to respond to requests to provide door code just an hour early. Also didn’t provide it by 4 pm, the time rental started. I had to make several attempts to reach him, and had to go through VRBO customer service. to finally get him to call me. Then said “sorry for the confusion.” When he was at fault, and there was no “confusion.”

House was nice and clean. Supplies were low. One extra trash bag, one dishwasher pellet, Detergent for one load of laundry. Pans to cook in, were very very used and old. keypad for entry stopped working because of low battery, contacted host and he replied thanks for letting him know. No one came to fix it, we had to use garage door opener to get into house. Beautiful comfortable home but a lack of attention to the small details.
