The host was very welcoming. However; several amenities were not working. The rain shower shower head did not work. The Keurig machine was not working. There was mold in the upstairs south bathroom shower. The unit was freshly painted, however it was done very sloppily. If it were my house I’d be very dissatisfied. The unit was extremely spacious and very clean. It was very accommodating to our needs.

New Year's getaway

This was a short two day stay. We had three families. The rooms were spacious and very clean. 14 people and you never felt crowded. Communication was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Great for Large Family!!!

Townhouse is extremely spacious. We had 15 people for the week and nobody was in each others way at any time. Also, the home was fully equipped with everything we needed to all have a meal at the same time with ample seating. Location also a PLUS. We had a GREAT week and cant wait to come back! We had a great time. The home is big and the elevator made it nice for our 85 year old mother. In addition to sheets, I also recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets.

Rain and Fun!

This home was so spacious which was especially needed due to the not so great beach weather! We had lots of fun playing games and even escaping quietly to other spaces for naps! A great home for a large family vacation.

Mother's Day Getaway!

House was perfect for us especially with elevator since one of our sons has trouble with steps. We were ecstatic to find such a nice home with an elevator. Owner was very easy to communicate with and available when needed. Great Mother's Day weekend with family! Would definitely recommend this place or rent it again.

Wonderful home and Fantastic location

Could not be more pleased with this rental. Owner was so nice and the place was better than the photos. We had a full house (15) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and spread out. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Getting to the beach and boardwalk was a breeze.

Great property and amazing renter

My family and I, 14 people, stayed here and the place was amazing. Plenty of room. Bigger than the description makes it out to be. The common area was amazingly spacious. The location was key. The owner, Sundar was very responsive and was there to make sure check in went smooth. Any questions I had, he answered within minutes Highly recommend any listing he has especially this listing.

Easy to get to Convention Center

Great property for large group. Easy to walk to the Convention Center. Sundar was great with sending information ahead of time and allowing us to check in early. Will come back for next year’s competition.
