Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Essentials: The property includes 2 beach chairs, Sand Play Toys and 2 Body boards for your convenience. We can also arrange the delivery of any additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.

Parking: Two dedicated back-to-back parking spaces labeled 2003 are available. No parking pass is required. Additional metered parking is available around the building, and non-metered street parking may be available approximately 2–3 blocks away.

Comfort and Convenience: This condo offers a spacious and functional layout designed to accommodate up to eight guests. The living area provides a comfortable place to relax and includes a TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and essential cookware for preparing meals. Guests can dine indoors or step outside to the balcony to enjoy fresh air and ocean views. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer, along with access to a shared seasonal outdoor pool.

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will apply for violations.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old.
