The building complex provides private beach access, as well as an elevator, large heated pool and kiddie pool, grilling/lounge areas, an outside storage unit and private assigned parking - all steps from your door. Enjoy ocean views from the primary bedroom, living room and furnished deck area. Drink your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the oceanfront deck or by the large heated pool. There is also a full laundry room (with new front loading washers and dryers) in the complex just 2 doors away.
