The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers another living/dining area with a dining table, satellite TV (flat screen), and a hi-fi system, leading out to a balcony, terrace, and veranda. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms on this level, one with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen), and the other with a bunk bed and a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), also with satellite TV (flat screen) and access to the balcony.
