「Breakfast was good. Room was underwhelming. Large rip in window curtains, loud squeaky bathroom door and room phone didn’t work.」

「When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property.」

「Would not stay again. Needing updates. Basic simple inquiries to staff were responded to in an irritated and not helpful manner. Only good thing was the size of the room (but not the quality) & the location.」

「Very poor service and unprofessional staff. The behavior of the staff was extremely disappointing. When you go to the reception, instead of being treated respectfully, you feel like you are being treated poorly. It seemed like they do not understand basic customer service or how to communicate politely with guests. I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. Unfortunately, I regret even staying one night at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「They didn’t have available the two queen suite I paid for. Stated they were overbooked and it was expedias fault the “3rd party”, that the room they sold me wasn’t available… !! Also, wouldn’t give any money back for the issue, I just got a lower room category which was a disgraceful way to handle it. 」

「Overall, a nice day. Some minor maintenance issues in the room(remote in room didn’t work, toilet chain broke in the middle of the night) Front desk staff and bar staff wonderful. Room was clean.」

「This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!」

「The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! The hanging hook on the bathroom door was just...

「The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115.」

「Room showed signs of significant wear. Dead bugs or other items on walls. Sheets had numerous red stains, maybe blood, pillowcase had a burn hole probably from a cigarette. I stayed 4 days because of work. They didn't service the room one time. The towels were not only hard, they were so black stained, you think someone was using them for automotive work. Definitely disappointed. I stayed here before several years ago and it was not this bad.」
