"Amazing hotel,staff and location "

"The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect central location. The restaurants were great and the service gracious. The room was comfortable. What made it spectacular was that I fell and injured myself on the ice (record cold during my stay), a member of the bell staff found out, and the night manager called me, and everyone on the staff was very helpful. They even sent a messenger out to purchase Ibuprofen for me, and delivered ice packs to my room. Thy made the stay very personal. It was not my best trip to Amsterdam, but one of the most caring hotel experiences I've ever had. "

"If you are traveling alone it's 5 stars. If you are sharing the room with another person, you are in for interesting times as the bedroom and bathroom are single space. You gonna get to know your partner in a completely new way, if you know what i mean. Breakfast was great. Overall nice place, expect for the no privacy bathroom thing. "

"Amazing. Lift system is awesome ! Never had such a short wait for an elevator. Rooms amazing. Speaker is a really nice touch View is great! Curtains and electrical system slightly annoying as if one person leaves the room the lights go out leaving the other in darkness. And the blinds would close randomly which was annoying. "
