Please call through to our Call Centre if you are making a group booking so that each booking is made under separate names. The Park's system cannot process bookings under the same name and address.

Please return your club membership form (you will recieve this with your invoice) back to the park before your holiday, the park can print your membership cards in advance.

Please note, no equipment has been removed from your accommodation.

Please be advised: Towels can be hired from the park at £2 per towel, hand and bath towels available. These can be requested in advance and payable on arrival.

Stanwix are now offering (for an additional charge): your beds to be made up for your arrival, and a towel bale and a toiletry pack. Must be booked within 7 days of arrival. Please call the park if you have any enquiries regarding adding these to your booking or for prices.

Please note travel cots will not fit in any bedrooms, they will only fit in the living areas.

Please note, there are no facilities available on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.

"The Indoor Swimming PoolOpen 7 days per week 10am – 5pm. We are reserving the use for Holiday Makers and Tenants only.

v. A telephone booking system will be in operation with 1-hour booking slots.

v. All bookings MUST be made by telephone and not in person to minimize face to face contact.

v. You can book from 48 hours before your requested day. Swimming slots will be bookable via a direct line telephone which you will be provided 1 week prior to your arrrival.

v. There will be maximum of 30 people permitted per session.

v. A maximum of 6 persons can be booked per person at any one time.

v. The Steam Room, Sauna, Gym, Jacuzzi and Experience Showers will remain closed

v. Please note: over a weekend you can only book 1 swimming session to give everyone the opportunity to book a slot.
