"We had an incredible stay celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The house was even better than expected and had everything we could need. Communication with the hosts was easy and always speedy. There were lots of games to play on site, and with the weather being lovely we were able to make the most of the tennis and even a rounders set that was provided. Would recommend to anyone!"

"Kitchen was generally clean although the fridge hadn't been cleaned and there was food in it The shower either ran really hot to scolding or cold no middle ground the radiators either worked or didn't across the property and the lounge one was noisy even above volume of tv neighbours also noisy late at night watching tv location excellent for all amenities and beach with local pub very welcoming just needs a little TLC in places "

We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. "Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham. "
