  • The houseboat villa. nautica is located in the middle of the two state capitals Mainz & Wiesbaden, directly in the idyllic side arm of the Rhine: Urban Living on the only houseboat in the region in the port of Rheinport.

    The houseboat has a spacious living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a terrace. In addition, the villa. nautica with a flat screen TV, W-LAN, induction hob, fridge and coffee machine well equipped.
