Loved our room and the location of the hotel - close to everything and a nice neighborhood. Didn't have the opportunity to eat breakfast there but did get a chance to spend some time in the lovely terrace. Wished that the kitchen had a corkscrew available but we worked that out with a neighborhood restaurant.

We were disappointed at check-in to learn our room was not in the historic hotel building, which is beautiful, but in a new annex building up the street (which is non-descript.) Reception closes at 2pm, but check-in begins at 2pm. If you can't arrive at 1:55pm, you must follow the self-check-in instructions that are sent via email (in German.) We met and helped two other guests who were struggling to get into their rooms during our stay, just as we had. When we called the main number for Hotel Klemm, it went to voicemail. Our annex room was not aired out, there was garbage in the trash bin in the bathroom, and the tissue dispenser was empty. The hotel Wifi was extremely weak in the "annex" -- to the point that if we needed to do anything on our computers, we had to go into the dining room / common area of the main hotel. We spoke with Reception the day we checked out and the staff was very kind and friendly. I hope this feedback can result in changes that make future guests more satisfied.

This was a wonderful and eclectic hotel ! I loved the proximity to the Taunus str. with all the restaurants and shopping, as well as the park and Neroberg funicular. I’ll definitely stay there again.

It’s such a cozy hotel. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had . Usually it’s hard for me to find healthy options but there was plenty of options for me . I loved the baked pumpkin with the roasted seeds.

When I opened the door to my room, I immediately felt warm and cozy. The wood floors nicely swept, my comfy bed, light filtering in the window. The bathroom was amazing with a giant shower, plenty of space to put things, and very clean. The breakfast area was so inviting. The food was terrific and it was the perfect way to begin my day. I LOVED the coffee maker because it had all kinds of choices and was ready so fast. I loved my stay at Hotel Klemm. The only reason I gave it a 4 on maintenance, was because the carpeting in the hallway needs to be replaced. Everything else was just perfection. Helmut was especially helpful and interesting to talk to. Oh, and location location location! This place is the perfect place to stay if you want to walk to shopping and so many landmarks. I felt so safe in Wiesbaden.

Love to come back here!

Gorgeous historical hotel very close to the walking area in Wiesbaden. Easily accessible by public transportation but also with excellent parking options. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly, the breakfast was a highlight and the room was super comfortable. I hate to sleep in hotel beds normally, this one is 10/10 recommended.

Love the architecture of the hotel, the staff were kind, rooms were big and hotel was walkable to all the major sites. Hotel carpet needs replacement and the ripped up throw pillows should be thrown away. The rooms were decorated with fun themes. Driving distance was 25mins to Frankfurt Int'l.Airport which was a plus. Thanks for a great 2 day stay.

Fantastic time at hotel Klemm

I had once again a lovely time at hotel Klemm Wiesbaden. It is a well located hotel, cosy, quiet, and just great for me. The staff is also very nice, breakfast delicious, and definitely worth going. Prices are very interesting too. I can’t wait to go back to Hotel Klemm and want to thank everyone.

Great breakfast. Very nice staff. Parking facilities a little unorthodox, you must get a key from hotel lobby to enter garage if after 9 pm. But very unique and comfortable room.

European charm in the heart of weisbaden

Charming place. Authentic European experience. No frills (no coffee machine or shampoo, etc) but good clean room in a classic old building 😁 don’t think there was AC; it got a bit warm but was ok. Breakfast did not disappoint … lavish spread and excellent coffee options in the lobby!! There’s no staff available in the evenings. Paid for parking in adjacent garage and that worked well. It’s on a one-way street and took me awhile to find it. It’s tucked in a residential street.. very close to lots of shopping. We enjoyed walking downtown!

It was confusing. We could not determine whether or not breakfast was included. I was told we would be on the main floor in one of the adjoining buildings. This did not happen. Instead we were on the 3rd floor in an unairconditioned room during a heatwave. My bad for not making sure of that but it was a bit of a last minute booking. Needless to say. ..we did not get much sleep. If you plan to park,it is possible if you arrive early and don’t plan to go anywhere. We reserved parking for 20 extra euros and that was extremely difficult to locate.
