Eine Mappe mit Informationen und den häufigsten Fragen zur Wohnung, Regelung Check out, Müll usw. würden das ggf. etwas abfangen. Über das online Portal unserer Buchung haben wir zu wenig Infos und auch...

"Spinneweben an der Decke , Geschirr dreckig , Außenmöbel so dreckig das man sich nicht drauf setzen konnte , Müll vom Vorgänger im Mülleimer . Haben direkt den Vermieter kontaktiert der auch zeitnah kam und ein paar Spuren beseitigte . Küche ist auch nicht voll ausgestattet wie beschrieben . Außenbereich ist ungepflegt . "

"Hotel in a really good spot. Pretty much right by the motorway but you can't hear the noise. The access is a bit confusing though. Also quite hard to get in at night – couldn’t get through on the phone they provided, and staff response was slow. Automatic check in would be appreciated. Room was clean, but there was still a smell of dirt. It used to be a B&B hotel and now you can really tell the owner change has made things worse."
