The quality of service is second to none I have experienced, the food is Michelin star quality and the rooms and decor is impressive. The owners have done an amazing job at operating this resort. "Most of the other reviews really say it. Its not a 5 star resort and you should not expect that. We had the room with the private pool and it was out of service and drained. This is a historical site which is a lot of fun, originally built by the Dutch sometime before the English took it over in 1666."

"We found the villas to be charming and everything we needed. This is not a high end hotel but it is clean, and quaint and comfy. The balconies have wonderful views of the Tortola bay. I took way too many pictures! The hostess and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful if you have questions. It is a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants. Beds are cozy, WIFI works well. Showers are not the best - hot water runs out fast but that would be my only concern."
