「Excellent reception experience. The young lady was so very helpful and caring. I am 75 and she was so patient. The only downside is £1.90 for soda water. Most pubs charge 0 or a nominal amount. This is a hotel and there was the service of the water but the profit margin must be enormous and I admit to feeling exploited. However room was very nice as was WiFi. I would recommend and stay again」

「Very pleasnt hotel, nice room and facilities unfortunately spoiled by neighbouring guests waking at 6am, crashing about in room and departing on extremely noisy motorbike at 6.30 obviously no fault of hotel staff.」
