We just needed to sleep on our way to the Wichita Airport and this was clean, cheap, near gas and just off the freeway! Staff was nice. Everything else was fine. Towels for shower were a bit small, but not a big deal to us. We did not eat breakfast. Wish there was a place to get water besides the vending machine, but expected for the price.

The Super 8 has to be the best bang for your buck in El Dorado. Rooms were incredibly clean, and all of the amenities were kept up with and well-maintained. I had multiple issues with the guy at the front desk double-charging my credit card for my stay. I booked and paid through Expedia, but he told me that I still needed to put my credit card on file. The next day I saw that he charged my card multiple times for the reservation that I paid for on Expedia. I spoke with another front desk rep the next day, and he assured me the funds would be sent back to my account in three business days. It’s been seven days now and still no refund.

Ample parking. Clean room. AC works well. Comfortable bed. No problems. No syrup for waffles, though. All basic features, nothing special. Nice town. Visited twice. Stayed here both times.

The room was great and price reflected that. It was clean. My only complaints were that the breakfast options were extremely limited. Toast, fruit, and cold cereal and then the staff kept asking us if we were checking out. They started at 10am. We felt like we were being rushed out.

Staff was good and friendly. Shower didn't work, couldn't change the temperature. Bed was uncomfortable and loud when i moved. Also wasnt happy waking up at 4:00 in the morning to a domestic dispute in the hallway from other guest.

Stayed one night on our way through to Eureka, Ks. Room was clean. Breakfast is grab and go as no sit down, but that's to be expected at this price point. I would stay again. Communication via email regarding stay was great. Several emails before and after our stay.

Current owners have definitely tried to renovate and improve property, but still falls short of my expectations based on the pictures online. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very continental, but served its purpose. Price reflects hotel condition.
