Through the archway, you'll find the elegant dining room, with beautiful Empire Chandelier. The kitchen has been fully remodeled, with black and white tile flooring, brand new cabinets, QUARTZ countertops, and BRAND NEW black stainless steel appliances.

On the main level, you'll find one bedroom with a COMFY hybrid memory foam KING size bed and 32" mounted Smart TV. You'll also find hallway storage and brand new front load washer and dryer. Enjoy the fully tiled bathroom with tub shower combo.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a comfy, queen size memory foam bed with 32" Smart TV. The large third bedroom has a comfy King hybrid memory foam bed with 50" Smart TV.

Please note, this property is a duplex, though it doesn't feel like it. The other side of the duplex has a completely separate entrance on the opposite end of the house. There is a concrete wall between the 2 units to help reduce noise transfer.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the property. The basement is locked to guests and used for storage.

The Neighborhood:
Riverside is one of Wichita's most popular older neighborhoods. Located just off the Arkansas River, the neighborhood has some of the oldest houses in the area. Walk around and enjoy the beautiful architecture. You'll see charming Victorians, cute Tudors, cozy Bungalows, large Mid Centuries, and everything in between. Just 2 blocks south of the house, you'll even see a Castle! Riverside has a whimsical vibe with several great restaurants and shops, such as Riverside Cafe, Song Bird Juice Company, and Cool Breeze Pizza. Several parks and museums are a short drive or walk away, including the Old Cowtown Museum, Botanica, the Wichita Art Museum, the Keeper of the Plains, Exploration Place, Sims Park and Riverside Park.

Getting Around:
The house is centrally located so you can get anywhere in Wichita in 2- minutes or less.

There is no driveway or back yard. There is ample street parking.

The property is located just between 2 schools, so there is increased traffic between 3 and 4pm.
