"We have stayed at this location every month since December 2025 (10 times!) All but once we stayed on the second floor (our preference) and all but one of those times we stayed in room 220 or 222. The rooms showed some minor wear and tear but overall were absolutely great which is why we continued to come back to this location. If this had been our first stay we never would have been back. The carpet in the room was so dirty that after walking barefoot on it your feet would feel sticky. And, despite the air freshner they attempted to use, the room stunk. It was also extremely humid and we couldn’t get an even temp although using the “dry” function on the wall unit ventilation. (Rooms 220 & 222 had thermostats.) It was also noisy with people heard overhead and a baby crying nearby. There was a sticky substance on the living room table and the television remote felt grimy. Why didn’t we request another room? Because upon checking in, my husband heard the reception desk tell a customer that they were completely booked… no vacancies. And, our room was non-refundable. It was such a disgusting room we skipped breakfast and left much earlier than planned. Horrible experience! Thank goodness this was our last monthly trip!"

"This hotel really caught me off guard. I would expect and encountered a clean room, in room coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. A swimming pool and weight room were free to use. My schedule prevented me from taking advantage of each of these. The free breakfast was the unexpected treat I was treated to. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and sausage gravy, a pancake machine, muffins, a yogurt dispenser with a choice of toppings, three juices, a coffee / cappuccino machine, cereal and milk, and fresh fruit (apples and bananas). This breakfast kills any continental breakfast. And finally a superb, and caring staff ! This hotel gave me everything I wanted, and much more ! Thank You for a really nice experience ! "When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them."

"We played 230$ for the room and were told it slept four but it did not so our friends had a king room with a pull out couch so we switched rooms… the pull out couch mattress was completely stained from past use/customers….went to get bedding from the front desk and it was also stained… then the breakfast for paying 230$ thought it would be ok but the eggs tast like rubber… "

"This hotel is only 5 months old and the location was amazing for what we were in town for. Love that it was tucked away and also next to a gas station, shopping and places to eat. The rooms were very nicely equipped. If you’re staying for an extended period of time, the kitchenette area is well appointed. Nice market pantry area by the check in and a back patio area with grills and turf with loungers."
