Guests have full access to the front unit. There is a back unit that is separate. The two units share laundry.

The driveway is also shared. There is plenty of space for parking for one car in the driveway for each unit.

As you approach this cute one bedroom, duplex, you'll find a cute and cozy front porch with porch swing and a bright and inviting front door. The unit opens into the cozy living room where you'll find the cozy leather couch and comfortable chair that is situated in front of the Southwest style fireplace and 55" Smart TV. The double barn doors open into the bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, cute decor, and 39" Smart TV. Situated in the hall, just between the living space and kitchen, you'll find the beautifully remodeled bathroom with brand new fully tiled shower. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and includes a small table, Stainless Steel Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator and Dishwasher. With Stylish shelving and plenty of cabinet space, you'll have plenty of space to store food and other cooking needs. Dishes, basic cookware and small appliances are included. The laundry room has a a new traditional washer and dryer (please note that this space is shared with the back unit).

The house is centrally located, just minutes from the River and downtown. You can even walk to the River and the popular Keeper of the Plains.
