This house has a lot of character. I was very impressed on how clean the property was. It's an older house but wow it was nice. I would be happy to stay there again.

Clean and quaint

This is a nicely renovated older property on the edge of an iconic neighborhood. Our family of 6 stayed there while visiting relatives in town. Very clean and nicely appropriated - loved how bright and cheery the upstairs is! The bathroom and two of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable; the third bedroom is very small but fine for sleeping. Although we did not cook there, I did notice the kitchen is nicely stocked with necessities. The only drawbacks are a very narrow driveway - would not recommend trying to park a large vehicle there - and the half bath consists of a toilet in a closet. Would stay there again.

House was worn down. 1/2 bath was toilet only no sink and located in the kitchen. Yard was overgrown. Towels were stained. Couch was broken; missing legs and set on bricks. Missing latches on windows. Yard was overgrown. Dishwasher did not work. Screen door was broken. Garage was not secure and dirty. No blinds on windows. All exterior doors frames were full of wood wrought. Back patio rail was rotted out and flimsy; unsafe. All the walls are stained; appeared dirty.
