The only negative things I could think of which were not a big deal would be possibly get wider curtains for the sliding glass door because even with the curtains closed they still had a crack and maybe a book with how to use the remotes for the heat/air unit, TV (for people who might be slightly challenged when it comes to...

「Property was an excellent location for going on the polar express train ride. Property management was very prompt with answering questions that I had. Highly recommended staying here. 」

「Our stay was cozy and quiet and it felt like it was the "best of both worlds" in that we had a quiet room to ourselves like a hotel and yet access to community area and kitchen like a house. The little creek right outside out door was nice to sit and listen and the room was good and cool when we got in there. My only issue was there are lights outside the room that were very bright in the room at night and some shades in addition to the curtains would be helpful.」

「Walk to anywhere perfect location and amenities.」

「Everything was great except the stairs. They were not listed in the rental description. We are elderly and I am getting over an ankle/leg injury. The stairs were unexpected and quite disappointing. I would not have rented had I known that there were 17 STEEP stairs that I had to go up and down.」

The apartment is immaculately clean, appliances all new, well equipped kitchen, bed extremely comfortable, great amount of storage and closets, comfortable furniture, garage a big plus and views of the lake and mountains unsurpassed.
