I was disappointed that in the cocktail lounge we had to go to the bar to order and pay. No service at the tables...this is a 4 star restaurant.
We had lunch in the brasserie and it was okay. We went to the main restaurant for dinner but they did not have chicken on the menu...very strange, again for a 4 star, so we had dinner in the Brasserie, which was not what I wanted.
I also asked if there was availability for a massage anytime that day. I was told it was an outside company and there were none availabe.
I guess my hopes were higher for this more expensive hotel...
