「Cherokee villages was a special place where the property felt like a wildlife sanctuary with trails leading down to the lake and a boat dock. Good for any number of guests. Came with my husband and dog and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. 「Had a quick trip out to Lake Whitney for a visit. Needed a place to overnight and found this place. Worked out for our needs. 「The pictures were misleading about this property and there is a terrible cat odor smell upstairs. There is one door that is locked that the smell seems to come from. One day we came back and this door was open and what looked like an old molded mattress was on the floor.
There is no pool on property, nor is there access to one. The one listed is 30 minutes way and you do not have access to the pool since it is on another resort.
