「We have booked this condo over the years. This is the third owner we have rented to. Bernadette was so pleasant and helpful with everything. We loved the updates that had been made to the condo. The new outdoor seating and just simply rearranging the bedroom made a huge difference! The owners are very thoughtful and kind and we just had a wonderful relaxing vacation! Thank you again!!」

「This is the second time we’ve stayed at One of a Kind Home. The home works for all ages, young and old. The home is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The home is extremely clean and all appliances are top notch. The pool is perfect and access to the beach is ADA so very helpful with little ones. Rhonda is a great owner. She responds quickly to any questions or problems. One of a Kind Home is a 20 on scale of 1-10. 」

「I would highly recommend this rental to friends and family. The home is so nicely decorated the kitchen is well equipped with every single thing you can think of inclusive of tea, sugar creamers. I was so pleased and my friend we were thinking about extending our weekend to possibly a week, however, responsibilities did not allow us to do that. I will definitely be back to this rental」

「We had an amazing weekend On the Canal The Beach house was so inviting with the Coastal charm and open bright floor plan . The seating arrangements was perfect for our family of eight . 「We spent 2 nights in the house with our kids and our friend’s family. It was the perfect size for the 11 of us. The water access, proximity to the beach and closeness to stores and restaurants was great. Most of us grew up in the Carolinas and have been to beaches our entire lives but this was our first stay in Ocean Isle. It definitely won’t be our last though as this is our new favorite beach. 」
