This residence was very clean and well stocked with everything I needed and then some. Bathroom was stocked with shampoos and body wash along with several towels. Had to call the owner a couple times and one issue was taken care of over the phone and once he had to respond and did so within a few minutes. I definitely would stay there again.

The house was cute and just what we needed for the weekend. Loved the location being around the corner from Main Street, with a local pizza place and an adorable bakery. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee provided. Check in was a little wonky - we were waiting for an email from VRBO, per the owner, but never received one with the instructions. Luckily, Mark (the owner) was very responsive to my texts. The best mattress was the double upstairs. The others were not terribly comfortable - a little too soft for our liking. But the bedding was all very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths and hot water - very appreciated! The shower head had good pressure, too - so nice! Towel bars or hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, so we had to pick up additional rolls from the store. There was not access to the washer/dryer, but fortunately we did not need it for our weekend stay. I would suggest Mark develop a house binder with instructions on how to use the a/c units, the TV, info on local restaurants/stores, check in/check out procedures, where to find the outside trash/recycling bins, etc. It would help guests find answers rather than having to contact Mark.
