The stay was not good from the start. The check in was a mess, from being given keys that didn’t work to the attendant telling me the garage height was a foot higher than actual. Then, no heat in the room. And, she told us to give it a few hours to kick on. I was so upset, she went ahead and called maintenance. They did not come clean our room the next day! And, not surprised as the room was covered in dust! Worst stay we’ve ever had- and, a large part due to the teenagers running the hotel!!!
