This condo is in a great location in Whitefish. I loved waking up, sitting on the balcony looking across the lake and it is a very short drive to the downtown area shops and restaurants. It was a comfortable stay for two, but would probably be a bit crowded for four adults.
While there were plenty of bath towels, there was a seriously lack of dish towels; only one. Plenty of pots and utensils but there was no oven mit or potholders, so the one dish towel became multifunctional. Despite a bed and a sleeper sofa, there was only one set of sheets. The mattresses of both beds are extremely firm; which admittedly may be a plus for some, but not for me. As noted by a previous reviewer, we never did see a #300, but our GPS took us straight to the property and fortunately it was daytime so we could see the specific unit number signs easily enough. It would have been extremely difficult in the dark. The management buildings, such as drop off location for the guest vehicle registration, are poorly marked and we found everything by trying different doors.
Prehaps the biggest reason I have rated this place as 3 out of 5, is the thinness of the walls and floors. We could hear the conversations, coughing, sneezing, bathroom fans, television shows of our neighbors both below and beside us. While we were out and about during the day and did not spend much time inside the condo, I really didn’t like being woken up at 6am by the downstairs neighbor coughing and TV news program, or listen to the next door couple conversations and music during the evening.
It’s location and price gets 5/5 but everything else, brings my rating down to 3/5
