Just 50 feet from the Rappahannock River, Little Oyster is a beautifully updated 1917 waterfront farmhouse offering a private dock, sandy beach, hot tub, and exceptional access to the water.
Built by renowned local boat builder Gilbert White, the home blends historic Bay charm with the space and amenities families need for an easy waterfront getaway. Launch a kayak at sunrise, spend the afternoon on the beach, catch crabs from the dock, and end the day soaking in the hot tub or gathered around the fire pit.

Little Oyster sits in a peaceful cove near the mouth of the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay, with the water just steps from the house.

Gazebo Amenities
The gazebo includes a few extra items for your convenience:
* Charcoal lighter fluid and a grill lighter are stored in the gazebo for use with the charcoal grill.
* You'll also find several beach chairs, as well as two additional folding chairs for extra seating during your stay.
Please return all items to the gazebo after use so they're available for future guests.
