  • Welcome to the beach! This home has the most amazing view of the Chesapeake Bay with a beautiful white sand beach just steps away from the back door. The sunroom with cathedral ceiling on the waterside of the house is the perfect spot for morning coffee or all day lounging. Bring your groceries and prepare your meals in the full kitchen. Beach toys & kayaks are available for guests. Well behaved pets are welcome, but guests will be responsible for any damages.

We stayed for a wedding and the proximity was wonderful. The house was very clean and rooms were very nice. It was right on the bay and had a lovely view.

We loved the location, as well as the fact that it had its own private beach. To be honest, we’ve tried to book it again, but it’s always taken. Make sure to try and plan ahead if tou want to stay there.

This was my second time staying at Little Bay. We had a great time again and are already planning another visit. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from sunroom are spectacular and we enjoyed having coffee here each morning. The distance from house to bay and beach area can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the quiet private beach. The house is close to towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock which we visited several times. I love this place!

This was by far our best stay at this location yet! We have stayed here 3 years in a row and love the sunroom and beach that’s a perfect level for children!This year was exceptionally great because I read the historical fiction book, “Queen of the Bay,” by J. Clare which is located in the living room by the guest book. The book setting is the surrounding area of the home. To be able to travel around White Stone and Irvington while reading about the characters interacting in these locations was super fun! I could pretend I was a part of the book as I did many of the things in it. The book was clean and unlike many of the beach novels found for summer reading. I found it to be very refreshing! How rare to be able to STAY where a story takes place! If you stay here, I highly recommend reading this book and enjoying it come to life in the surrounding towns!

Cozy, Quiet Getaway

Great place to relax for a few days and not far away from town(s) to grab breakfast, lucnh or dinner and/or a base camp for bouncing here and there all for a reasonable price

Private beach get away

A perfect spot for a quiet beach get away! The house was clean and well equipped in a secluded neighborhood with freindly neighbors and an amazing view just like the listing. Vickie the property manager was amazing with good communication and went above an beyond to make sure we had a great stay!

Little Bay Waterfront Retreat

Enjoyed our getaway at this bayfront property in a very quiet and private neighborhood. White sandy beach in a protected bay. Water was calm and you could safely walk out quite far. Very nice sunroom for morning sunrises.

Vickie is amazing, best I have ever worked with, she is a huge factor as to why I book the same house every year! Million dollar views from a small charming house….clean, relaxing, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Great location to some great places to eat. I suggest you book sooner than later, just dont book my week please.

Nice for the price

This is a well-kept older home in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with a wonderfully large sunroom built on the back facing out onto a small private white sand beach, the bay, and the glorious sunrises.

The Perfect Secluded Getaway!

This property is the perfect spot for a relaxing trip away from the city. We enjoyed the direct beach access (very convenient for our pups) and beautiful sunroom to lounge in during morning coffee. The whole area is a hidden treasure. We will definitely be back!

Excellent.

We had a great long weekend at Little Bay Waterfront Retreat! The location of this property is awesome. We loved relaxing on the beach which is so close to the house. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. It was also close to restaurants and shopping. We’ll definitely visit and stay here again.

Beautiful bay front beach. Charming, cozy, comfortable cottage. Relaxing and recreational Rental. Super sunroom with spectacular sunrises and seascape. Many amenities and all the necessities. We loved everything - wonderful week!

Gorgeous views, relaxed charm

Sweet cottage with amazing views. Some items could use updating but everything works well, and it's well stocked. We had some water issues and the property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. She even brought us some water til everything was resolved. Absolutely the best property manager I've ever dealt with. Would stay here again! Perfect for relaxing!

Another great weekend! Great communication. House has everything we needed. Can’t beat walking out the back door to a quiet beach! Only thing I wish they would change is putting a double or queen bed with twin on top in two of the bedrooms. That would allow everyone to have a bed. My adult children don’t like sharing a bed. King in master bedroom is great!

Short weekend

Overall amazing. My two boys age 13 and 10 loved playing monopoly together my daughter 6 lived playing with Barbies and my husband and I loved the beach. My younger one didn't need her floaties because it was waist deep which was a huge relief. We loved it.
