The property was clean and the inside furnishings were comfortable.There was no air conditioning, and this was not made explicit in the vrbo listing. There were portable fans provided, but it was a very hot and muggy week, and therefore, quite uncomfortable. There was one ceiling fan, but it was on "winter" mode, and maintenance did not adjust it, as was requested.There were 2 decks but they were unusable because the wooden deck furniture was old, warped, splintered, and unsafe.The tv could only be used if one signed up via a Samsung account,The listing did not make explicit the fact that in order to access the facilities of the Quechee Club, additional fees per person, per activity, per day were required.It would have been helpful to have a "welcome packet" re: how to access the facilities, use the tv, grocery stores, restaurants in the area.
