「I’m new to VRBO and learning the style of communication with the host. Host interaction was minimal as I did not need to speak with the host until my communication about the placement of the thermostat in the basement unit we were staying in. I received a response 18 hours later stating that it is preset for 68 to 70 degrees. No capability to increase the temperature evidently. During our stay this past 4 days the temperature outside ranged from 27 -29 degrees in the morning to a high of 49...

「The host and co host were quick to respond but there were some problems with the home that did not meet our expectations with the price point. We could have used some extra blankets, there were missing remotes, and a broken doorknob locked us out late at night. I have full confidence that the host will get everything fixed and back up to standards. He was responsive and kind, but he home did not meet our expectations for the price point this time. 」
