The hotel is ideally situated within the mall, with no need to go out into the cold if you don't want to "

"Shuttle staff helpful & friendly, but wasn't 100% sure where to meet as it was our first time being picked up. Front counter staff knowledgeable, but difficult to interact with. Entry was dirty with snow salt so not a good first impression. Room TV needed maintenance, but was fixed quickly."
