"I travel a lot for work to hotels all around the world and I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest hotel's I've ever been in... on top of this the staff were super-friendly and the attention to detail was better than some 4 or 5 star hotels I've stayed at. A proper, well-run independent hotel experience!"

"This is probably one if not the best guest house we have stayed in. It was clean and well decorated. The room was a great size and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and, bonus... ,no steamed up mirrors after the shower. Gwen and Lee were both very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really tasty and plenty of it. The off road parking was also a bonus. I would highly recommend the Crescent Lodge guest house. I can't praise it enough."

"We were in room one large, spacious and clean with a good view over harbour and bridge. Good shower over bath with rubber safety mat and instant hot water. Two wardrobes with enough coat hangers. A small fridge would be very beneficial in each room (only six rooms). Although a small fridge is located on landing between floors one and two with a carton of milk supplied by hotel, we found it out of date and starting to go off. A very good breakfast with very, very good service the ex-RN who served us couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed our four nights stay. Thanks we will return. ********"
