Booked in for 3 nights only stayed 2. The cottage needs a deep clean desperately.
The shower was absolutely filthy, the grouting was black and mouldy at the back of the taps was grimy. The shower head was grotty
There were cobwebs on the beam in the bathroom
Sofa had crumbs down the side and needed a good clean
The radiator in the bedroom was full of dust - it has not been cleaned for years
The blinds were dusty, cobweb on the mirror and skirting boards dusty
Kitchen was clean
Outside is grotty the passage way is horrid and the steps and court yard grubby
Complained on day 1 and the communication was good he arranged for sofa to be cleaned and pillow protectors to be added as the pillows were grubby with hair on them however it was still well below standard and we decided to leave the property
I have suggested the management company do a visit to the property
