Kitchen area: Induction Hob, Air Fryer, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Back garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Grounds with (shared with other properties on-site). Fishing on-site (at cost, licence required). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden. There is a step in the grounds. Sorry, no children. There is an unfenced river nearby.. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with a vaulted ceiling that creates a light and airy feel. French doors open onto the riverside decking, inviting the outside in, while a log-burning stove makes the space cosy on cooler evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, air fryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, while the dining table is perfect for relaxed meals together. A Smart TV and comfortable sofa complete the living space. The cottage features a king-size bedroom and a stylish shower room with Heated towel rail.
Outside, the riverside deck is a true highlight, with sun loungers, a romantic outdoor shower for two, and steps leading directly down to the river. Guests can enjoy their own private boat, perfect for a peaceful row, as well as two bikes for exploring the surrounding countryside.
Honeysuckle’s location makes it an exceptional base for discovering the beauty of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
