With village tea rooms, quaint shops, and welcoming village pubs on your doorstep as well as the sandy beach within walking distance, you'll be in a prime location here. Robin Hood's Bay is one of the most popular destinations along the Yorkshire coastline. Enjoy a sedate pace of life as you explore the cobbled streets and coastal walks of this former smuggling gateway. If you manage to drag yourself away from this history-steeped village, you really ought to explore along the picturesque coastline. The enchanting town of Whitby sits just 5.5 miles away, here you can explore more independent shops and eateries alongside its ruined abbey, Captain Cook Memorial Museum and the wonderful Pannett Park, to name a few.
As you step inside you'll be welcomed by a truly homely space complete with many original features. The ground floor is home to the generous lounge complete with exposed original floorboards and a traditional wood burner to create a warm space to unwind in. Make your way up some steps into the colourful kitchen and dining area; fully-equipped with everything you'll need to cook and enjoy hearty meals following a long day on the coast. When the day is done, retreat upstairs to the bedrooms. The first is located on the first floor; a homely double complete with soft furnishings. Next door is the family bathroom boasting a fabulous free-standing bath; perfect for long soaks of an evening. The second bedroom is located on the second floor; another double offering incredible views of your picturesque surroundings.
Step out through the stable door in the kitchen into a small pleasant cobbled courtyard; something of a rarity in the lower bay area. Make the most of the garden furniture as you enjoy a spot of al fresco dining during the warmer months. With the beautiful coastline within walking distance, you won't be short of outside space to be appreciated by the entire family, dogs alike! Parking can be found at Bank Top or Station public car parks, charges apply - please check the Need to Know section. There is parking at Fisherhead car park at the bottom of bay on a fist come fist served bases you can apply when you have your booking dates.
