"The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night."

"Modern, well fitted out apartment. Great to have an indoor car park. Watching the steam trains from the window was a bonus. I'm guessing though that the radiators will be well used in the cooler months."

"This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and we have been going to Whitby for 35 years !! Everything was perfect it had a super king bed , extra large fluffy bath towels , top end fixtures and fittings, everything felt so luxurious, it was spotlessly clean and had its own secure parking space !! Can’t wait till we can come again."

"Has the potential to be a nice apartment, but lots of small issues add up, the carpet on the stairs is loose and dangerous, bathroom door doesn't close never mind locking, dishwasher didn't work, apartment door needs a handle as its difficult to close without slamming it. The noise from the boiler is so loud if you flush the toilet in the night it wakes everyone , bathroom tiles are lovely but haven't been cleaned properly since fitting, same with bathroom window, labels left attached to...
