The Space:
Wake up to sweeping views of Whistler Mountain as sunlight pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, or step outside to breathe in the crisp mountain air surrounded by old-growth forest. After a day on the slopes, ease tired muscles in the hot tub or swim beneath the stars in the heated outdoor pool. Evenings invite you to gather by the stone fireplace or enjoy a film in the media room, with every corner of this home designed to bring people together in comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the home offers seven bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The expansive primary suite features a walk-through closet, fireplace, and ensuite with a double vanity, deep-soaker tub, and forest views. Five additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite with walk-in shower. On the lower level, a spacious bunk room includes two queen-sized bunk beds, TV, game console, and a double vanity bathroom. A powder room near the media room adds extra convenience.

The outdoor spaces are designed for every season. A private 30 ft heated swimming pool and six-person hot tub sit beside a furnished patio with BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. Six Restoration Hardware loungers provide a place to relax in the sun, while the surrounding forest creates a sense of privacy.

The main kitchen is open-plan with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-quality appliances. A separate butler kitchen offers a prep area for larger meals. Share breakfast at the six-seat bar or linger over dinner at the large dining table that comfortably seats fourteen.

Other Things to Note:
• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
