Designed for connection and comfort, Woodrun Lodge 402 offers a bright, inviting space set within Whistler’s sought-after Upper Village. The living area opens to a private balcony with views of the pool and slopes, giving you a front-row seat to the steady rhythm of mountain life. Settle in on the generous couch beside the indoor fireplace, or step out for a pause between ski laps.
Kitchen and dining
A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for relaxed meals at home, with a dining table that seats six and additional breakfast bar seating for three. Whether you are warming something simple before the next gondola ride or gathering for an unhurried dinner, the layout keeps everyone close.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with balcony access. Its ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and a glass-enclosed Jacuzzi bathtub with an overhead rain shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample storage, while the den includes a tri-bunk bed, a small desk area, and a reading nook. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.

It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! • Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.
• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
