The Space:
Snow-dusted peaks, crisp alpine air, and the quiet calm of the mountains surround you here in Whistler’s Benchlands neighborhood. After a day on the slopes, step inside to warm interiors, large windows framing mountain scenery, and the inviting glow of an indoor fireplace. Evenings unfold with quiet moments on the deck or a relaxing soak in the shared hot tub while the mountain settles into the night.
Living spaces
The main living area is designed for comfort after a day outdoors. Large picture windows bring in natural light and frame views of the surrounding peaks, while the indoor fireplace creates a warm setting for relaxing with a movie or conversation. Just outside, a private deck offers outdoor seating and a BBQ, providing a peaceful place to take in the alpine surroundings.
Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two levels.
The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, step-out balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and a bathtub-shower combination.
On the main level, the second bedroom includes a king split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twins, with access to a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom also features a king split bed, along with a closet, dresser, and a TV with cable.
Kitchen & dining
The open-concept main level includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample space for preparing meals. A dining table seats six, making it easy to gather after a day exploring Whistler. Whether sharing a warm breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner in the evening, the space encourages time spent together.
Outdoor amenities
Guests have access to a shared hot tub within the complex, a welcome way to unwind after skiing or winter walks. The private deck extends the living space outdoors and includes a BBQ and seating area.

Location
Situated in Whistler’s Benchlands neighborhood, the townhome offers convenient ski access when conditions permit. A short walk along the complex driveway connects you to Merlin’s Run, a green trail leading toward the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

The location was great as we don’t like to lug our skis. The condo is nice, some of the furnishings are rather worn. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. Having a washer and dryer was nice
We came to ski and it was fantastically easy to hop on and off of slope. Being on Blackcomb the lines were much shorter than Whistler. Very convenient to get to Whistler village at night. We were only 4 so living room space fine for us but would be a bit tight for more than that to hang out in living room at night. Management company very responsive. Would certainly recommend.
The property set up is really well done with space for wet boots and jackets. The kitchen and family room are open and accommodating. It is perfect for 6 persons with 2 bathrooms and comfy beds. There is a shared hot tub but it was not terribly busy. The best part is the easy access to ski in and out. It was a fantastic stay.
The Whistler Platinum team were great and made the stay seamless.

Lovely mountainside home
We thought unit 35 was excellent, it was spacious and airy and the mud room was useful for our doggy stuff.
The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced - from the cleaning and laundry essentials to the bottle of wine - we were very happy with what was provided. Indeed, the quality of the knives (these were actually sharp which often they are not!) and the cookware were especially pleasing to use.
The large screen TV was great and you even provided three fans for the bedrooms which were so needed it was a relief to have them.
The location of the underground Carpark and access to it was very convenient and so too was the short walk to the slopes from the front door!
We didn’t use the BBQ or the hot tub (too hot for both) but really good to have them there, especially for a stay from Oct onwards when it’s not so hot up there.
Only downsides were the slow Wi-fi speed which these days is unacceptably slow and the stained carpet which we felt should have been cleaned before our arrival.
We would definitely be interested to book unit 35 again for a summer or winter stay.
Exactly as advertised. Excellent location, less than 2 minutes to walk to or from the Merlin trail. Free resort bus stop about 2 minutes in the other direction.
