Living space
Set within Woodrun Lodge, the condo features a bright living area with large picture windows overlooking the forest. A fold-out sofa and indoor fireplace create a calm spot to relax after a day outside, while the balcony brings in fresh mountain air. The kitchen includes the essentials needed for simple meal preparation, along with a dining table for four that suits both slow mornings and relaxed evenings. In-suite laundry, heating, portable fans, wifi, a dedicated workspace, and home safety features add everyday comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space with a double bed, and guests have access to a second full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, and essentials are provided.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.
Getting Around:
• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property
• 2-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.
• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
