The Avenue Hotel
Good location and customer service. Just needs a little 'refresh' pealing paint on light switches, cracked basin, towels fraying. But other than that a comfortable stay.

The Rutland Arms Inn
The rooms met the old-world charm expected of a hotel of its age. The food and staff were both fantastic & welcoming, with the added advantage of booking meals & drinks to my room. Recommended as the place to stay in Wanganui.
