Cottage and Garden Lakefront House with Sauna

The holiday home Landhaus und Garten is located in Wettringen with direct access to Lake Haddorf, making it the ideal place for a relaxing stay. Spread over two floors, the house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to five guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. A private sauna is also available. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.



Enjoy a private, secluded, and fenced garden, open and covered terraces, and a barbecue. The property is close to the beach—just 10 meters to the lake and 20 meters to the nearest beach. A restaurant is 2 km away. During the summer season, boats can be rented (available for an extra fee). Shops are 4 km away. Four bicycles are available free of charge.



There is a parking space on the property and additional free parking on the street. Up to two pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Electricity is supplied by wind power. Waste separation guidelines are provided on site. The house features energy- and water-saving facilities.
