Westminster Ponds

The hotel itself was clean, but unfortunately, our stay was very uncomfortable due to excessive noise. Our room was located next to the front desk and breakfast area, resulting in frequent noise from staff and guests throughout the night. At approximately 12:45 a.m., staff were vacuuming in the lobby area. The AC unit was also unusually loud, producing a constant roaring sound similar to driving with a car window open. In addition, the TV cables were disconnected. Overall, the room’s location and noise level made it very difficult to sleep.

Stayed 2 nights with no complaints! Pool was nicely heated and clean, room was clean and breakfast had a good selection of food! Friendly staff as well.
