Relaxing Retreat

This space features two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Additionally, outside one of the bedrooms there is a nook with Murphy Bed for bookings OVER 4 or by request. One full bath with large shower stall, well equipped Kitchenette, cozy living room with Smart 75" TV, and a gym with a treadmill, multifunction weight rack, 55" TV with Amazon Fire stick, and workout mirrors.
Kitchenette has full size refrigerator with freezer, small sink, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, air fryer.
*** PLEASE NOTE if your party is 4 OR UNDER, you may request use of the Murphy Bed at $40 per stay for set up/take down and extra linens. This must be requested at the time of booking or within 7 days of check in to guarantee use.

Fantastic Stay

This is a wonderful property! The finishes and extra touches are wonderful. The location is close to lots of great restaurants and so convenient for our football weekend against Fitchburg State. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

We had a great stay at this location. It was clean, spacious and quiet nice neighborhood. Very good location to visit our family who live nearby. The owner is very easy to communicate and is friendly. We would recommend this to any family or friends wanting to visit Central MA. Property was immaculate and the host was extremely thoughtful leaving bag of local goodies and home baked goods. Spacious updated property made our visit enjoyable - The only suggestion we would make is to use an unscented detergent on linens for those with sensitivity to such.. Overall 5 star rating.. Quiet, Clean, Updated, easy access, and safe environment. Hosts were perfect.

This is the most thoughtfully appointed VRBO home we have stayed at! Jen has really taken care of anything you might need including toiletries! She left a great welcome bag of goodies from the area and a variety of snacks and beverages. The home is very clean, the beds and furniture are comfortable and the fitness equipment was a nice bonus! She was quick to respond to messages and a pleasure to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as it is in the pictures. Beautiful. There were tons of miscellaneous items that made things very convenient, coffee, filters, sugar, paper towels, napkins, personal care items, video games, regular games, streaming channels, etc.. We appreciated all of them. It was great to have a separate driveway and entrance. Thank you very much!

This was my 1st Vrbo rental experience and it was absolutely wonderful. The welcoming atmosphere was very pleasing, my wife and my family were extremely pleased with the location, the home atmosphere, and even the price. The rental had everything we needed (everything).Our only dislike was not having the ability to control the room temperature. Besides that uncomfortable element of our stay was amazing. This is a very roomy, very well decorated and spacious basement apartment. I would move in in a second if it had a stovetop. Very well maintained, stocked with all possible items you would love to have in a hotel room. Coffee, creamer, snacks make it very welcoming. Loved having the airfryer and microwave as well for quick meals when you do not want to go out. Plenty of board games for all ages to entertain! We would certainly pick this one again!
