access during a city break. Was very hot while we were there and whilst the air conditioning was nice, it would have been nice if it was a little more powerful. Loved the free water fountains. Saved us a lot of money on bottled water. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bruges "

"Staff was nice until the night man he was rude and not helpful. Mold in showers , no air conditioning, phone did not work and the shower did work only use of the bath . Worst part was the sofa bed my adults kids slid off it in both room we had same problem. Only giving stars for the amenities my kids loved .

"The hotel staff constantly tried to get more money from me. Saying things weren’t paid. I was in a rush and had to walk all the back up to my hotel room to get parking receipt as it wasn’t on the system. If I didn’t have the receipt I would of had to pay again. They also tried to get payment twice for the stay. The hotel is lovely with a short walk to the beach. They seem to be in the middle of a refurb the bed was massive with brand new mattress with and excellent monsoon shower. Eating areas...
