Summer in the Hamptons

Welcome to summer on Sunset Ave in Westhampton Beach. Situated on ½ acre, this 3-bedroom newly renovated home has all the amenities one would need to experience the quintessential Hampton’s summer. Your family can swim in your private heated pool or play in a large safe, fenced-in backyard. A short walk to shops, restaurants, houses of worship and a short bike ride to the beach - this homes perfect location allows you to enjoy all the town has to offer.

Note: For 2023, the basement is being completely finished with a full 2nd bathroom for the house. Guests will enjoy a modernized laundry room, couches and a large recreation room with TV. A large egress window was added for natural light and safety as well.

As of 2022, the pool has a new liner and a new deck. The kitchen and bathroom had renovations and are as shown in the beautiful photos and new floors throughout.

No pets allowed, this is for protection of any guests who may have allergies so please do not ask for exceptions.

Wonderful spot for a family vacation!!!

This property is nothing short of perfect for our family. The pool, proximity to the beach, cleanliness, space was all amazing. The owners and property manager was fantastic to deal with and always available. We will be going back for sure, hopefully for longer!!!

Great visit!

Really nice, clean and recently renovated home. Convenient location to town and beaches and very nice to have beach passes included! The pool was a great alternative to the beach and deck was very comfortable. The only complaint was that some of the mattresses and bedding could use refreshing. Would definitely return!

The house was perfect for a family of four - it's very close to Westhampton town and the deck and pool area were great. Tom was really helpful with providing us information and answering any questions. We'd definitely go back.
