Music system wired for Sonos indoors and outdoors (outdoor speakers throughout the backyard), newly built pool house with large screen tv and half bathroom, sport court half basketball court with adjustable basketball hoop, bikes for adults and kids, outdoor shower, heated gunite pool (pool will be fenced for child safety), three tvs in main house, top end finishes, sub zero/wolf appliances. Located 1 mile from Rogers Beach.

The house is located in the heart of Westhampton Beach village. Approximately 80 miles from Manhattan. The house is a 5 min walk to the main street of the village of Westhampton Beach. 25-30 min drive to North Fork (great farms and vineyards). Our favorite is Harbes :) . We are 25 mins to Tanger outlets. Shop till you drop.
